Accommodation at Jalsa Salana
Many guests of the Jalsa Salana consciously decide to stay directly on site. This gives them the opportunity to experience the special spiritual atmosphere of the Jalsa even more intensely on all three days. In addition, it becomes easier to offer more prayers in congregation and enjoy the stay in a relaxed manner – without daily traffic jams or the search for a parking space.
This year as well, various new and modern accommodation options are available for you on the Jalsa grounds. The great advantage: you can reach the Jalsa grounds in just a few minutes and benefit from particularly short walking distances.
Please feel free to take a look at the offers and conveniently book directly through the shop. Since the places are only available in limited numbers, we recommend booking early.
Accommodation options
Important Notes for Rental Tents
All bookings are binding. Before completing the booking, please make sure that you have selected the correct category and carefully reviewed all conditions.
Deposit
A deposit of €100 must be paid in cash on site for the rental. The deposit will be refunded in full upon proper return of the tent.
Cancellation Policy
This booking is binding. Cancellation is only possible if another person takes over the booking. In this case, a corresponding rebooking will be carried out by us.
Rental Period
From Thursday, 03.09.2026 from 12:00 p.m.
until Monday, 07.09.2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Parking Options
Parking is possible in parking lot P10. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the tent area.
Private Tents
As every year, permission is required for setting up private tents. The application for this can be submitted via the button below “Apply for a private tent space”. The tents may only be set up from Wednesday, 02.09.2026.
Sleeping Tent
This year there is an option to stay overnight in specially designated sleeping tents that are available next to the main tent. Booking a sleeping space in the tent can be made on site. Please contact Shoba Accommodation on site.
Bedding (Only Limited Availability)
Mattresses can be borrowed in limited numbers for a deposit fee of €10. Bedding, consisting of a blanket, pillow, and mattress cover, is also available in limited numbers for €20. The principle of “first come, first served” applies. Due to the limited availability of mattresses and bedding, unfortunately not everyone can be served.

Zusätzliche Matratzen über die bereits in Ihrer Buchung enthaltene Anzahl hinaus sind nur in begrenzter Stückzahl verfügbar. Die Vergabe erfolgt durch das Tents Office nach Verfügbarkeit. Für jedezusätzliche Matratze ist eine rückerstattbare Kaution von 10 € zu hinterlegen.
Bettzeug wird nur in den Komfortzelten (Bell Tent) und den Lodge-Hotelzimmern bereitgestellt. Für alle anderen Zelte empfehlen wir,eigenes Bettzeug mitzubringen. Alternativ kann im Tents Office ein Bettzeug-Set (Decke, Kissen und Bezug) für 20 € erworben werden.
An den Eingängen sowie in der Nähe der Sanitäranlagen werden befestigte Wege installiert, um den Zugang zu erleichtern.
Nein, Fahrzeuge sind im Zeltbereich nicht gestattet. Bitte nutzen Sie den Parkplatz P10, der sich in kurzer Entfernung zum Zeltbereich befindet.
Ja, es stehen separate Toiletten und Duschen für Männer und Frauen zur Verfügung.

Die Zeltvergabe erfolgt nach dem Prinzip „First come, first served“. Eine Reservierung bestimmter Zeltplätze ist daher leider nicht möglich.
Der Eingang zur Jalsa-Gah ist ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Zeltbereich entfernt.
Das Aufladen ist im Service-Zelt möglich. Sie können Ihr Mobiltelefon hier abgeben und es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder abholen.
Ja, Strom wird in allen Mietzelten bereitgestellt. Komfortzelte undLodge-Hotelzimmer verfügen über Strom direkt im Zelt bzw. Zimmer.Standardzelte müssen bitte ein 15 Meter langes Kabel mitbringen. Aus Brandschutzgründen ist die Nutzung von Bügeleisen, Wasserkochernund ähnlichen Geräten in den Zelten nicht erlaubt. Im Zeltbereich stehtjedoch ein Service-Zelt mit getrennten Bereichen für Männer und Frauenzur Verfügung. Dort gibt es auch eine Bügelstation und Wasserkocher.
