If you are seriously ill, especially if you have a high fever or contagious illnesses such as respiratory or diarrheal infections, you should not attend Jalsa Salana out of consideration for others. However, if you feel better over time or have fully recovered, you are welcome to return.
Please bring your daily medications and syringes, including insulin syringes. Medicines are only available on site in limited quantities and are intended exclusively for emergencies.
Please remain calm. Inform a security officer or call the emergency hotline at 069 34878797. We will send our medical team to you immediately. In urgent but not life-threatening cases, please report to the first aid area behind the main tent. Our professional medical staff will help you.
Yes, separate food is provided for Tabligh guests.
Yes, the Tabligh Department will guide Tabligh guests through the Islamic exhibition and also offers tours of the Jalsa Salana grounds.
There is no external accommodation available for Tabligh guests. However, there is the possibility of accommodating Tabligh guests at the Jalsa Gah.

No special seating tickets will be issued for the translation area. You can enter the translation area directly on site.
The eligibility criteria for the Green Area will be sent to your Sadr Jamaat. You can get your Green Area card either from your Sadr Jamaat or locally from the Office Ticket Issue department.
Tickets for chairs for seniors over 60 years of age are sent directly from the headquarters to your Sadr Jamaat. If you are over 60 years old, you do not need to make an additional application. For all other members, the ticket for a chair can be applied for at the Office Ticket Issue department on the Jalsa Salana premises.
Please do not put any valuables, especially money, in your luggage.
You can drop off your luggage at the Amanaat department.
Yes, there are special parking spaces for people with disabilities. Access to the disabled parking space is possible with a disabled person’s badge. Mitglieder, die keinen Behindertenausweis haben, aber dennoch diesen Parkplatz nutzen möchten, werden gebeten, einen Antrag mit der Bestätgigung Ihres Sadr Jamaats per E-Mail an office@jalsasalana.de zu senden und ihre Gründe zu erläutern.
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available at the Mendig airfield. Please follow the on-site directions at the Jalsa site.
Hotel bookings for the Jalsa days must be made independently. Please use the relevant booking websites.
No, please book your hotel room yourself. The administration of Jalsa Salana cannot make reservations for individual members and guests.
Yes, sockets are provided for you to charge your smartphones.
Yes, there will be a compressor available to inflate your air mattresses.
Is there a possibility to store and heat milk for babies and children in caravans and private tents?
Yes, suitable utensils such as a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, water and cups are provided.
Yes, mobile showers are provided.
Yes, this is possible. Please fill out the form at https://acc.jalsasalana.de/. A permit for tents and caravans is mandatory and must be brought along. Please also bring your own bedding and mattresses. Tents and caravans can only be set up from the Wednesday before Jalsa. Please note that there is no electricity available for caravans.
Yes, irons and ironing boards are provided for your use if needed.
Please bring your own bed linen. A limited number of bedding sets, consisting of a duvet, bed sheet and pillowcase, are available for 10 euros. Bed linen and mattresses are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We recommend bringing your own sleeping bags and mattresses.
Several sleeping tents are provided on the Jalsa site. Alternatively, you can pitch your own private tent or bring a caravan. Please register your campsite or caravan site in advance at acc.jalsasalana.de.
Mattresses are provided for a deposit of 10 euros per mattress.
Translation is available throughout the Jalsa grounds. However, Jalsa Gah has a seating area for Tabligh attendees who require translation to follow the program while seated.
Yes, the batteries are included in the price of the translation device. If your batteries are empty, you can purchase new ones at the sales stand for 1 euro.
Yes, the translations into German and Urdu can be received via standard FM radios, even in cars.
A translation device costs 5 euros. You can purchase it at the sales station in Jalsa Gah or at the information tent.
In addition to the translation devices, you can also listen to the translation through the Jalsa Salana app. Download the app in advance and test its features.
Please check at home whether your translation device is working and the batteries are intact.
Yes, the translation devices from previous years are still functional. If you have any problems with your device, you can have it checked at the point of sale.
If you forget or lose your Jamaat ID card, a new one can be issued on site for a fee of 5 euros.
Please apply for a new Jamaat ID card from your Sadr Jamaat in good time.
No additional registration is required for members with a valid Jamaat ID card.
You can submit your application to rent bazaar space at https://jalsasalana.de/en/bazar.

The Jalsa Salana Germany 2025 will take place at Flugplatz Mendig, Am Flugplatz, 56743 Mendig.
The Jalsa Salana will take place from August 29th to 31st, 2025.
The Jalsa Salana is an annual gathering of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community where members and guests meet for spiritual, religious and community activities.
Due to local conditions, delays may occur. Therefore, please allow a time buffer of about 2 hours.
